Community Members Working on WirelessLTSC provides free wireless Internet access to our local neighborhood and to residents living in our affordable housing projects. Using a fiber optic connection provided by the Department of Water and PowerLittle Tokyo Unplugged is a partnership with the City of Los Angeles and the Community Redevelopment Agency to provide free wireless access in most areas in Little Tokyo, including cafes, restaurants and public spaces. We also developed a blog to promote and discuss local community-based issues and events.

LTSC also operates free Wi-Fi networks in several apartments throughout Los Angeles. These networks provide basic levels of broadband access to residents who otherwise cannot afford Internet connections to seek job opportunities, housing information, government services, and homework assistance.
