LTSC has a commitment to manage projects we develop for the long-term. LTSC property management staff is closely coordinated with and subsidizes our tenant services programs for residents. The majority of the buildings we manage provide affordable housing, with a small mix of market rate housing and housing dedicated to special needs tenants. We also manage over 100,000 square feet of commercial and community facility space.
