Ebb and Flow: Community Mental Health Conference 2026

You’re invited to our 4th annual Ebb and Flow: Community Mental Health Conference on Saturday, October 17, 2026 from 9AM-5PM at Terasaki Budokan in Little Tokyo! We’re excited to bring back this welcoming space for the Asian American community to address, examine, and understand mental health in its various forms.
Following our opening intergenerational panel, “Anxiety During Unprecedented Times”, explore art workshops at Nellita’s Craft, Korean drum music therapy, Changing Tides youth-led workshops, a follow-up on last year’s LA fire survivor panel, and much more to be announced!
This year’s conference will also include:
- Stories of Addiction and Recovery with AADAP
- The Next Generation of Family Caregivers with Keiro
- Sleep Well, Live Well: A Guide for Aging Minds by Seo-Yun Choi
- Chair Yoga + Sound Meditation by Kelly Chow

- Closing Tea Ceremony
We are so excited to collaborate with our friends in neighboring organizations and community members to curate this year’s conference program!
