Changing Tides (CT), a program of Little Tokyo Service Center, will be hosting suicide prevention trainings as part of their new CT Anchor initiative, in collaboration with the QPR Institute. These trainings are FREE and open to the public.
The LA Galaxy and LA Kings will celebrate AAPI Heritage Month at Terasaki Budokan with a live talk with Katelyn Ohashi, followed by a soccer and ball hockey clinic. This event on May 20 from 12 - 2 PM is open to the public!

日系コミュニティの方々に社会福祉サービスを提供する「リトル東京サービスセンター 」は、5 月 30 日(火)午前 10 時から 11 時まで 「脳を健康に保つ方法」と題する無料オンラインワークショップを催します。脳は、臓器であることをご存知でしょうか。年齢を重ねても記憶力を維持するために今できること、栄養の取り方、活動的な生活を送る方法、脳に刺激を与える方法など、研究結果をご紹介します。このセッションでは、脳の活性化を図るゲームなども皆様に楽 しんでいただきます。
